First Stop North Hampton!

This Saturday I will be in North Hampton, MA to pass out copies of my latest piece of writing. It's a short story titled "Just One Kiss." I will be there in the morning around 10 a.m. until around 1:30-2:00 o'clock. Haven't quite picked out a spot to set up shop, but I will be somewhere downtown. The Beginning Of A Journey

Welcome to the beginning of the rest of my life. After spending 21 years in denial I have decided to explore my talents as a writer. I understand that road to becoming a successful writer, let alone a published one, is filled with obstacles, potholes, and a ton of side-street exits. However I also know that handwork, persistence, and a little bit of luck are the stuff dreams are made of.

My name is Donyell Williams. I am a Senior Health Sciences major at Western New England University in Springfield Massachusetts. I decided to start this blog to not only build a fan-base, but also to document my experiences on the road to fulfilling my dreams.

Over the next few months I plan to travel to different cities, beginning in Massachusetts, to pass out my short stories. This will give people a taste of my writing. People will be able to comment on my blog, posting their comments, criticisms, and questions.
